This selection of dolcetto grapes often comes from several vineyards. On the label you can see the building in which the cellar was set before the restoration of the premises used today.
This is always the first dolcetto to be bottled, usually not before the months of May or June following the harvest and it is put on the market not much later.
Its scent recalls the small red fruits and it is fairly structured, it is more full-bodied in case of dry years. Our advice is to consume it with all the courses of the meal, but it is especially suggested with meaty starters and not particularly elaborated first courses in case you want to drink more full-bodied wines later in the meal.
